On Thursday, October 7th, Choptank Electric CoOp members voted to accept a new 5 year contract. Wages were 3, 3, 3, 3.25 and 3.25.

On Saturday, October 2, 2010 Local Union 1307 and Choptank Electric Co-operative reached a Tentative agreement.

Full time Meter Readers should be advised that a surplus has not been declared based on our last meeting with Human Resources on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, therefore redeployment of Meter Readers is on hold until further notice.
Tentative target completion date for Delaware AMI placement will be mid 2011. AMI target dates may vary.
